Oh, and I didn't spill any beer when the glasses dropped...(or fell as is what actually happened...they fell of the counter) and there were no cheers, but I did hear a lot of "Oh no's" ...and the only really drunk person I've encountered so far while working is our accordian/keyboardist... lol

Hey Eric, thanks for stopping by again!  The sad thing is, while our landlord is 78, Anne really isn't that old!  Maybe late 60s or so.  I really just don't think she has anything else to talk about!  I have another entry about her, entitled, "They're Baaaa-aaaaack" from a few posts back.  She's quite the character.

 

Anyway, I hope you enjoyed your week in the spotlight (again)!

aargh!! i have never encountered ticks before so i think i spent to much time reading about them and wound myself up over it! It was flat still and i do still have it, but my litle girl is fine so all is good! Just hope i never encounter a cockroach!! CAN YOU IMAGINE! LOL hope your week has been good :)

Thanks for your comment on my space.  You really don't know how a thing might affect you psychologically or emotionally until it happens.  There was so much  more involved in the accident that I haven't posted, but will at the appropriate time.  Blogging has been my catharsis and yeah, it helps me deal with it, even if sometimes I'm a bit off colored about it.  Thanks again.

Ha, yeah.  To be fair though, this campground is in the middle of a resort that's known to be a party place on big holiday weekends, and the campsites are pretty close together...nothing like being in the middle of the woods.  (It's right on the Columbia River) www.crescentbarresort.com

LOL...thanks for the comment about my hair :)  Unfortunately, in order to survive OTS, survival school, and SERE, I think I will cut my hair just so I don't have to worry about it, but I'll start growing it out again as soon as I get to UABMT.  But again, that's probably at least a year off, so in the meantime it'll stay long :)
